Keep them warm by huddling together or cover them in a blanket

They will be shivering more frantically.

Puberty(for girls part 2) part 3

Bras
Depending on your breast and rib size, your cups will be different.
To find out your cup size look at the following steps
  • Run a tape measure all the way around your body just underneath your breasts and take a measurement in inches. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal and fairly snug. Your arms should be down. Write down this number.
  • If this measurement is an odd number, then you should try out bras in both the size below your measurement and the size above. For example, if you measured 31 inches (78.7cm), your band size could be 30 or 32.
  • If your measurement is already an even number, this is almost always your band size, but you may need a smaller or larger size depending on your body type.
Use the following chart to see your breast size
  • Bend over so that your chest is parallel to the ground. This is so that you'll be measuring all of your breast tissue — not just what protrudes outward when you're standing up.
  • Measure around your torso, so that the tape is over the fullest part of your breasts. Don't pull the tape too tightly — it should be tight enough that it doesn't evenly move, but not so tight that's pressing into your breast tissue. Write down the number.
  • Make sure your tape measure is straight. That is, it shouldn't be a few inches down your back, or you'll end up with an uneven measurement. To combat this, try to measure yourself in front of a mirror, or ask your partner or close friend to help you.
  • Calculate your cup size. To do this, you'll subtract your band measurement from the cup measurement you just took. The difference between the two numbers determines your cup size:
    • Less than 1 inch = AA
    • 1 inch = A
    • 2 inches = B
    • 3 inches = C
    • 4 inches = D
    • 5 inches = DD
    • 6 inches = DDD (E in UK sizing)
    • 7 inches = DDDD/F (F in UK sizing)
    • 8 inches = G/H (FF in UK sizing)
    • 9 inches = I/J (G in UK sizing)
    • 10 inches = J (GG in UK sizing)
    • The majority of leading brands use UK cup sizing: AA, A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH, J, JJ, K, KK, L, LL. If you're shopping in the US you might see cup sizes such as DDD or DDDD. These are equivalent to E and F. If you're in any doubt, particularly with larger cup sizes, you can refer to an international bra sizing chart.

Endoscopy

Endoscopy means looking inside and typically refers to looking inside the body for medical reasons using an endoscope, an instrument used to examine the interior of a hollow organ or cavity of the body. Unlike most other medical imaging devices, endoscopes are inserted directly into the organ. Endoscope can also refer to using a borescope in technical situations where direct line of-sight observation is not feasible.

Doctors will often recommend endoscopy to evaluate:
  • Stomach pain
  • Ulcers,gastritis , or difficulty swallowing
  • Digestive tract bleeding
  • Changes in bowel habits (chronic constipation or diarrhea)
  • polyps or growths in the colon
In addition, your doctor may use an endoscope to take a biopsy (removal of tissue) to look for the presence of disease.
Endoscopy may also be used to treat a digestive tract problem. For example, the endoscope might not only detect active bleeding from an ulcer, but devices can be passed through the endoscope that can stop the bleeding. In the colon, polyps can be removed through the scope to prevent the development of colon cancer.
Also, using ERCP, gallstones that have passed outside the gallbladder and into the bile duct can be removed.

Overall, endoscopy is very safe; however, the procedure does have a few potential complications, which may include
  • Perforation (tear in the gut wall)
  • Reaction to sedation
  • Infection
  • Bleeding
  • Pancreatitis as a result of ERCP

How to deal with Choking

Scenario:You're friends and you are eating pizza at a your birthday party.Suddenly one of your friends start gagging(not from the terrible taste) and looks as if they have trouble breathing. What do you do?

Well you shouldn't punch their stomach like in action movies and don't go patting their backs like you're trying to get a baby to burp.No this is what you do

One thing for sure:CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY!!!!
1.Get them to stand
2.Bend their upper body forward and smack their backs(not too hard) 5 times
3.Next put your leg between theirs and cover your dominant fist with your other hand
4.Press underneath their diaphragm and then pull your fist up
5.Keep on doing this until the food pops out

Why do you do this?
Think of as a cork on a champagne bottle. If you put pressure on the bottle there is a likely chance the cork with pop out from where it was stuck.Same thing as choking, when your putting pressure on diaphragm the lungs build up pressure, and to release the pressure they blast it up the windpipe and out comes the lodged food piece.

What is choking?
When either an animal or human have severe difficulty in breathing because of a constricted or obstructed throat or a lack of air.

How to Treat a fracture

A fracture is when the bone in a human's skeleton is broken.
Today I'll be teaching you about splinting their fractures without causing anymore damage.
What you'll need
-precision
-skills
-triangular bandages
-tape bandage
-splint

1.You must make sure not to put anymore pressure on the fracture
2.Put the arm/leg in a resting position usually a bent elbow/slightly bent knee means a good position
3.Put something rigid on both sides of the casualty's arm.Next secure the splint with the medical tape
4. After securing it,use the triangular and make an arm sling.Tie the ends just behind the neck and make it firm so the casualty can put pressure on it.

If you have no splint here is another way(use this for arm fractures)
1.Get the casualty to place their hand on the their opposite shoulder(right hand over left shoulder/left hand over right shoulder)
2.Use the triangular bandage and cover up to their elbow(cover the bottom of their arm).
3.Tie it around the back of their neck with a pretzel knot.
4.Tuck in some part of the bandage to help support the fracture

Call medical at all costs!

This is one the basics you must learn when in a situation like this when the casualty has a broken limb
Good luck
